Please note that cancellations within 48-hours of less of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY is in place to accommodate the booking demand and ensure our clients, including you, have a fair chance to book. We require a credit card to hold all bookings, and we kindly ask that you cancel your appointment 48-HOURS OR MORE in advance.
Multiple reminders are sent before your booking to ensure you have time to make changes if needed. Please cancel within the specified time to avoid a charge of $150. If you NO-SHOW your booking, your credit card on file will be charged $150
NO SHOW
If you do not show up for your booking, your credit card on file will be charged the $150 of the treatment.
LATE
Please note that arriving late for your booking will result in a shortened service, but the full price of the treatment will be charged. If you'll be late for your booking, please call 786-536-7200 as soon as possible. Please account for transit time and plan for possible delays due to weather and traffic. Should you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your credit card on file will be charged as per our cancellation policy.
REPEAT CANCELLATIONS
If you make multiple bookings to "hold" future booking dates in our limited schedule and repeatedly cancel them, we reserve the right to cancel all your future bookings, as we aim to hold dates for our regular clients.
